Member dues billing is in ClubRunner; many clubs still export to QuickBooks for a full accountant ledger — we don’t add that fee to the ClubRunner total. No club system — Microsoft path: 7× Microsoft 365 Personal (~$109.00/yr each ≈ $763.00/yr), plus Mailchimp (~$226.00/yr), Squarespace + ~$20.00 domain (~$296.00/yr), and Xero (~$420.00/yr). Google path: consumer Google usually free for volunteering; total still counts Mailchimp + site + Xero (~$942.00/yr). Paid Google Workspace (~$922.00/yr for 7) is uncommon and not assumed.
